Solution
The Knowledge Center Development Portal
Built as a SharePoint Communications site, the portal educates users on effective knowledge management, walks them through the process of building a knowledge center, and includes tools, templates, deliverables, as well as a project tracker. The introduction of the portal allowed the knowledge management team to take a lighter-touch approach with professionals as they completed development work themselves.

Mural and PowerPoint templates for scoping and ideating with teams
